Theft in Swansea

One of our fellow forum members from vwt4forum had his spoiler stolen in the middle of the day. Lucky he had camera installed and all of it has been recorded.
If you could help identifying the thieving ******* it would be great.

Unbelievable!!! Good god, some people are just... lost for words that someone could be so brazen to do this. Chicken sh1* idiots. Obviously if someone comes out, they jump in the car and drive away like proper cowards. Need a good hiding, followed by lengthy time in the can, followed by another good hiding and castration so they cannot breed. Hope they catch them and burn their cruddy little ford. Can you zoom in on the reg and report it?
