A company car that costs me a fortune in tax so I ring the neck out of it.... Still an Audi quattro though....
Reasons you don't drive your car every day

Mine's a daily, 9 miles a day round trip. Now my wife has a daily school run I can't use our Gold TDi so it's more out of necessity. I used to drive it a couple of days a week regardless though - I miss it too much in the week!
The only time I don't use it is when it's broken/being upgraded
AUDI - saving Dad's from minivans since 1994

Mine is used 55 miles per day for work then garaged at the weekend usually in an attempt to dry it out, lol.
I don't pay the premium to run this old car for it to sit and not get used. Plus, as has been said, these cars definitely need to be driven. I only get moans and groans from it if it's sat for a few days.Comment

Reasons:
1. distance form home to work too close, engine even doesn't warm up and this is bad influence to engine
2. Mileage save
3. If rain, sea gals?

I only have one car, so the S2 is my daily driver. Starting to think I should live in the real world and wait until I can afford an S2 coupe as a weekend car. And when I say the real world I mean an Audi, manual, turbo, quattro. Does an A4 DTM count as living in the real world?Comment

Use a motorcycle to commute daily and treat myself with the S2 on a weekend, driving round the M25 down the A1 weekdays is no fun at all

Used daily! The avant is our family car so school runs everyday....but is on lpg so it´s economical more so than a good diesel!Comment

I cycle to work now (all year round) so the S2 stays safely tucked up in the garage. It goes the 6 miles to work occasionally if the sun is out though. This makes my colleagues laugh as the can't understand why I cycle in the rain, but drive a car in the sunshine!
My S2 seems quite happy to be sat for days and weeks at a time and then being blasted once in a while....The Perfectionist
