Where did the banjo with the crimped on braided hose come from?

Have to say, your last photo looks scary with those gear clamps and the missaligned hard line to hose connection. You might want to rethink that one.

Like I said:

With a 044 pump and proper fuel lines (no kinks) you should have no lack of fuel pressure. However, if your fuel pressure regulator is not up to the new flow or you have a tear in the diaphragm, there might be an issue.
