unfortunately although i sent direct feedback to the Audi Tradition guy, I know he read the mail but so far no response which is very disappointing.
I'll see if we can work with another club who have good relationships with these guys to help get our point over. We cannot be the only community frustrated with the performance and usability of this service.

They've stopped shipping to the U.S. entirely.
I got some stuff from them last year and now we can't ship here at all.
