Halfords Industrial Tool Chests

Have been on the lookout for a tool chest for a while and one on the shortlist was one of the Halfords Industrial chests. Checked their site today and they were reduced from over £600 to £299. There's a 10% off code that works too (B15MT10) making it £269.10.

So a very good price IMO. Thought I'd post in case anyone else was on the lookout.

I have a couple of these and they are actually not badly made. I was lucky some time ago and bought one and got another free.

Thing is im actually only after the middle box section lol. Keep looking around to see if I can find any decent deals. i dont really need brand new either as lets face it, they only get knocked about and ruined after a while.

I picked up both top and bottom cabinets in a deal and they are decent quality, they come up on eBay now and again..... You could get a second hand snap on if you keep an eye out..

Yeh I check eBay every now and then however the snapon boxes always go quite high in the end unfortunately.

I've got older Halford's Industrial tool chests but their essentially the same set up as in the link. Picked them up second hand and they've done me four years good service without any signs of wearing out soon, that's including two and half years full time trade workshop use.

For the sale price their a bargain, especially with that code applied.

That looks like a better deal than the last one, I have the top two boxes and they're really good quality

I was just looking for a roll cab, but for that money I'll buy them all, dam this place!

The industrial ones are black, still £299 (just before xmas they were including a big socket set for that price)

So it's the 3 piece 'Professional' set for £249 or the 2 piece 'Industrial' set for £299. Sod it I'm off to Halfords tomorrow to see them in person and see what the real differences are...
