What makes me keep mu urS4 is the engine really. Saying that, I think we might start seeing more and more engine swaps into cars with better parts availability. Imagine a B5 S4 with 2.2t? I like that
    '93 Audi 100 Avant - R.I.P
    '92 Audi UrS4 Avant - SOLD
    '93 Audi UrS4 Avant
    '15 Audi A7 quattro 3.0 TDI

It should be a pretty easy swap shouldn't it? Something I might do when parts start to run thin

Sad to see that there are no pictures

Same problem for my B4 Avant (2.0E) in Jamaica. North American parts don't work as they only got the 2.8

When you have an old Audi, parts have to look at scrapping of old cars like a dog.

You can build a complete 1967 Mustang from aftermarket parts, but it would be far worse than factory Ford parts lol

A B5 with a 2.7TT V6 should be left as is. A 2.2 I5 single turbo is not worth the effort.

The V6 noise is very nice also.

A 4.2L V8 from a LHD UrS6+would be nice in a RHD UrS6 that had a tired I5 engine. A supercharger may not even be necessary.

What I suggest might happen in a few years time is that the 07K 2.5L I5 transplant may become easier to do and more commonplace.

I would do it then if I had the money and there was a kit to make it nice and easy / low brow for my ability.
