    Good Deed for the Day!!!

Well in my travels at Kielder and towards the Scottish borders there was a little Corsa broken down at the side with 3 young lasses with a flat tyre so I pulled over and changed it for them. Poor lasses were struggling no signal on any of their phones. My Easter deed for the day!! Anyone else help anybody else today!!??

I did a half kilo Lindt bunny a favour by smashing it with a coaster and eating it before the sun came up and melted it.

In Romania it's not Easter yet but I did give the other day a guy 10 pounds because he was looking for stuff in the garbage/skip and I felt sorry for him and 2 minutes later I hit a dog and broke my front bumper into pieces
            No good deed goes unpunished?

I gave some geriatric kn0b in a Golf a free screenwash after he killed all the momentum out of our Land Rover which was loaded to the hilt, complete with Thule Top Box, dog, family, full of fuel and luggage for the week.. (I don't normally stoop to such poor form, but the screen needed a wash, and he 'SO' did deserve it). I made the classic mistake of thinking I won't go to the outside lane on a dual carriageway roundabout as he's bound to be quicker accelerating away, but alas, we arrived behind said numb nuts just as his eyesight failed and he jumped on the anchors to a dead stop to give way to an empty roundabout... Completely empty, total tumble weed stuff...

I completely get why lorry drivers foam at the mouth with rage at such utter, utter, UTTER incompetence....

On a positive note we all survived, even if the Collie got bit of a shock...

My presence was in high demand all weekend after my three year old step son discovered I have a knack for inventive train track layouts. Barely had more than an hour to myself until yesterday.

I come across this kind of thing EVERY day. If anyone is ever thinking of making a journey through Elland in West Yorkshire, don't. That town is full of people like that and unfortunately I live on the outskirts meaning I have to put up with it

It usually results in me having to swerve or slam on the brakes to avoid said "utter, utter, UTTER incompetence" and that's saying something considering it's 20mph on most of those roads... and I'm the only one that observes the speed limit

Errr back on topic, no good deeds. But I do share Alex's sentiment

Only good deeds for my family-glossed 4 doors and fitted skirting to two bedrooms, a bathroom , a utility and a kitchen
Made 3 new kitchen units (mrs is on my back to get it finished!)
Then wrapped a bumper and a few more car parts (all on Easter Monday)
Done a few good deeds for others-tyre changing, car mending, DIY house repairs-most I got was a cuppa and a chocolate bar
Ill do most things for a dairy milk!
