When I mapped that thing ages ago - there was not any smoke, there was some blowby, but nothing too excessive. Considering the fact that this had bigger clearances then I am not surprised.
There were also no odd knocking noises. What happened since I have no idea.

Last time it was on the road was when I left it at Simons garage and you mapped his S2 plus the " try" fitting the GTX3582, so...obviously in a good shape as always

I think was around March 2013


That engine was sent in a wooden box, with fresh Motul 300V 5W40 double Esther technology oil IN and ALL cylinder head and oiling holes perfectly closed.


Don't have an idea of what could happened after, but I'm sorry for that awesome engine....

Despite the fact that each of us has a different version, I wrote how it was not turning anything (as opposed to your announcement which unfortunately I fooled ) ... Users from Poland... from Silesia or Wroclaw who partially took part in it - surely they would comment, but I didn't want to do with this topic theatrics ... really a waste of time

Many, many people was very happy when bought my parts,ask them.... I never lie. All in good shape used parts that were working fine. You just had bad luck, or someone had a mistake

I've had an engine destroy itself in a similar way, so I completely understand your frustration, but IMO Tomas hasn't miss-sold you anything and given the time, circumstances and your mods to the engine since the sale he seems to have been very fair in offering you some money back for your troubles.

It is clear you want some larger financial settlement, which Tomas isn't prepared to offer, and which I do not believe he is required to provide.

Due to the fact this thread is now just about trading insults and there doesn't appear to a satisfactory resolution forthcoming it is being locked.

Caveat emptor, etc.
