Not tried calling Dabs as the times that I have used them there have been no problems.
My preferred computer place is novatech. Not always the absolute cheapest but never had a problem with them. When I have called them I have been through almost straight away. Always had top service from them.

And no I dont work for them

Use mainly Netgear kit myself. Most of it's sourced from Misco which I've been using for 10 years.

No connection to either.
