That exhaust manifold on the BMWho doesn't look like it'd flow 1000bhp

I have noticed the same. How it will not melt ? In my stupid calculations - there are problems when audi engine produces 60hp/cyl with non rs2 manifold, and bmw, claimed producing 160hp/cyl is not suffering from backpressure and high exaust temperatures with some strange looking one ... Something just don't fit
