A standard option on the S2 is a 17" tyre with 245/40/17 wheels according to my Audi boot sticker so does not deviate from manufacturers spec. The car is not lowered and has standard suspension as far as I am aware.
Not sure BBS wheels were an option though, or a catless exhaust system.

do A.flux insure the value of the modificated part or do they just allow it to be done?
Yes - fixed my RS2 bumper and bits using exact replacements, genuine parts.
I've just had renewal premium "invite" back from Brentacre - now 2 years no claims, 2 speeding convictions, up to 350bhp (might need to change that soon :mischeif: ), and still allowing use of any other vehicle (I believe this is being cut back by many insurers?) Also allows any other modifications (yes, anything, roll cages and stuff like that - presumably as long as it's safe and properly engineered, and declared).
£875 for now (but remember that bhp figure might be going up!)
The policy is with a firm called Ensign.
