Cover the part you want to mould in masking tape and/or wax (there is a special kind of wax, sold by the people who sell the glass fibre).

Apply the glass fibre and resin as per usual.

Once hardened, you have a mould. Repeat the process to create your part.

WARNING: Take care that your mould can be released. Don't mould around the back of your part.

The Question is out of what material should i make the prototype part?? Styropor?? Will it hold? How should i separate it from the Polyester??

I had the folowing in mind:

        1. Make a prototype out of Styropor or another material
        2. Make a Negative mould out of glassfibers (It should be flat in the inner side)
        3. Make the Hood out of the Negative impression of the prototype (flat on th eoutside)!

        Thanks for your replys

You can make it out of foam, then laquer it throughly. Wax it, make a mould of it, clear the mould, make the real part from the mould. There are loads of websites on this stuff. Google is your friend here.
