      looks very tasty!

The 911 RUF that stormed past me a couple of weeks ago was a sight as well! It had to slow for traffic, once that was out the way he nailed it and jeeeeez did it move! the noise was awesome as well!

(PS. That white car is a Clio)

Porkers always leave me a bit cold... 911, GT2, GT3, 993, 996 - blah blah blah - dull dull dull... Dunno why - just can't find them interesting for some weird reason. Sure they are fast and impressive from engineering point of view, but can honestly say that I find Skoda's as interesting as Porkers... I've never understood it - just something in my gut that I don't like about them......... Dons flameproof suit, awaiting imminent attack from rest of the world on this point.

            I concur!
I had a run in with a little turbo'd pug one night a few years back. I was nailing the S2 for all it was worth , but the pug was keeping up until I got well over the ton, then it would drop off a bit. My GF slagged me off for ages about that!
I got it chipped shortly afterwards

Just spotted this thread looking round...I saw this Porsche in the garage there too...
But Chris, did you by any chance see the Skyline R32 GTR there? That - when completely finished - will be considerably quicker (maybe not as nice to look at though...)
BTW, saw yours too, got a couple of ideas for my own from it... many thanks...!
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...

You saw my car? More than I have done for some time now
Its waiting for fine tuning (below 2500rpm) by Ahmed Bayoo (spelling) so not sure when that might happen. I take it you know H then? What ideas you nicked then? lol
THere are often some nice cars being worked on down there. THat Porker was in to have some floating disk brakes sorted. Can't remember how much but ridiculous amount per corner! As for the Skyline being quicker, depends where. Sure will be fast once up and moving, but that porker has some serious power (3.8 I think) and nN/A engine.
                  Cheers

Hi Chris, yes, I saw it while I was there with my 3B coupe, Aprilish...
Ahmed Bajoo is the guy who sets up the air injection systems, as he does for a few major rally teams, serious stuff... He is also , probably the best known, and best mappers of Cosworths, etc... He still works for Ford Motorsport, but works freelance...
Yes, I kinda forgot the Porker is a NA, but the skyline has some very very very serious trick stuff going on...Big power, HKS 2.8 Engine, OS Gekin gearbox, much lightened, also with air injection, etc etc etc...
You're right, there are usually some interesting things kicking about up there, I also know he does know his Audis... he has worked on quite alot of S1's, but I guess, the main money these days is with Jap stuff (Chav lads)... The really good thing with H is that he knows an awful lot of very serious people, like Ahmed... The skyline is having some parts made specially for it by the company which makes parts for Mclaren, as he knows them quite well... He is also a bike fanatic, which is why we get on quite well...
BTW, did you see the 1993/94 Chavalier he had up there? Chavtastic...!

I first met H when I wanted a brake upgrade for my TSR conversion - I couldn't find anybody else that could help at the time (even phoned Dialynx). not sure if you are talking about the same Cavalier, but it was that car that blew me away and got me wanting turbo power for my Audi. So what you doing to yours?
                            Cheers
