I had the same dilemna but decided on keeping the Coupe (Mrs hates the Avant bodystyle with a passion! )

If i was you i'd uprate your Coupe as it's a rare colour, but then there is the prestige of saying you own an RS2

what do you think the cost of the mods for this sort of thing will cost just engine etc iv`e thought about £3000 would i be right in saying i need
                    new turbo [but which one]
                    exhaust manifold
                    green injectors
                    re map
                    fuel pump
is there any thing else not realy going for 400 bhp about 350-380 would be nice

Decide on your BHP level if you saying 350-380 then it's RS2 turbo spec.
Shouldn't require a bottom end rebuild at that bhp but get it checked.

If you wanted just over 400 the GT2871 and 3071 will get you to 450bhp, will need new rods i reckon to take the torques

                      Budget for

                      Turbo + Manifold
                      Head Gasket change
Injectors (MRC sell cheaper ones than the RS2)
Exhaust (You've got) but probably recommend a new downpipe
Remap + map sensor for ecu
                      044 Fuel Pump
Optional having the head pressure tested for leaks and cracks.

You can run 320 bhp on ABY injectors and fuel pump but better to be safe.

no i dont want to do the bottom end, but is there not a better turbo than the rs2 one i`ve done some reading through old threads and now im more confused than before

I posted the two above GT2871 and GT3071 but you'd need to uprate the bottom end to run them as they produce alot of torque and the rods will most likely bend.
