Bo it actually originates from France called Parkour

In england we call it free running. http://www.parkour.com/

Look for a dvd called Jump London and Jump Britian, detailing the craze how it started and them jumping classic british landmarks

I love it wish i was athletic enough to take it up.

awesome the first guy was mega fit ........monkey boy

[s2dude]

I was amazed when he did a backwards somersault off that 20 foot high wall and didnt hurt himself?? Landed on his back basically but jeez....serious gymnastics...
the joys of being 16 and indestructable again.....sigh

Clever camerawork too...theres no way he did all that in one sitting....but the editing was really smooth for an amateur job

[Jamo]

There are some tasty Parkour videos on the net if you search the usual site that i wont mention on here.
