You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I had the same problem coming off the clutch at about 4500 and the car has just sat on the spot, I presume its because the clutch has pretty much had it.
Think its still an orginal clutch on about 150,000 miles probably need changing soon.
I tried 3500 at GTI and bogged down. Then tried 5000 then 5500 and found 5500 to work the best for me on that day. By launching above 5k it knocked 1 second of my 0-30 time
