Yes...... im guilty, but we all have a pedal spurt

Saying that i now live back up north, am gonna have to plead by post ??

Am gonna get me *** slapped !!!

Is it that bad of an offence ??

(wouldnt mind, but he got done ages ago & has heard nowt ??

every car might have passed you but you prob stuck out the most (maybe he just wanted to see the S2)

Oh well it happens next time you'll know not to do it... or get a radar kit to see these things :mischeif: as well as the road angel

              Teeeen:

I think failure to produce is a fine without points. Had one when driving a car out of MoT by about a week (these days I keep an eye on that!)

I can't answer non-payment ...always paid up when found guilty asap!

"Isolated" is probably better actually - suggests that you were not hammering along in heavy traffic, which would constitute reckless driving.

I know that's no consolation but ya just have to put it down to experience sometimes...

Err you can fight the failure to produce as the copper should have given you a producer to take your documents to a local police station within 7 days.

suppose now's the time to read thru me PDF file :mischeif:

When he had me in the car, he said 96 was a ban,
i never go over a ton :mischeif: on bends

i always though 100mph was a ban, or double the limit ie:40limit, doing 80

Consideration for a ban is scaled on the limit:

                      In a 70, it is 30 over, ie 100

                      In a 60, it is 25 over, ie 85 (So I was lucky at 83.4 in a 60)

                      In a 50, it is 20 over, ie 70

After that, I am unsure, but it might stay at 20 above the relevant limit.

A solicitor explained this to me, though of course it doesn't necessarily mean that it will actually get you banned - the magistrate makes the decision based on previous record.

Fair point by Jamo, and yes if he ticked the boxes on the yellow paper bit, that is the producer - he should have asked you about a local police station you wished to take it to, but it turns out that you can still take it anywhere really.

youve got to keep your eyes open.... unmarked cars can be usually skodas also check for extra ariels on the roof .... the police comms....

try flow with traffic .... speed traps are nightmare so try keeping it down in built up areas ..... these are my tactics hehe

It was a propper car with stripes, i "ALWAYS" spot them, even for other people

Gonna look where, as summons says junc 4 on the a50 duel carriageway
