I have had so many def and dumb dinners with arguing over the S2, i have always stuck by my guns, and i am still sticking by my guns, especially when i see the automotive trash what is on offer over here (Even though the 6.0 Monaro CV8Z HSV with 297Kw is nice). The next stage will be to put it on the household voting form as a registered person--Its my baby the missus says about me. And i have to admit she is right. I have my days where i think of the money it needs spending on it but give it a short blast and rapidly forget.

Yeah hear what your saying, when all is said and done, one is a mass produced average build quality Australian GM, and the other represents the best German technology available to the public off 10 years ago, with limited production and timeless character. Listen to me, can you tell i'm ******

You are not as pissed as Audi U.K. or should I say my local audi dealer [same thing realy], they say they cant do a diagnostics on my car because its to old and they cant help me,[see my other post high idel and slight misfire] they are basicly saying they dont want to know about old cars, even if its a classic audi like the S2. Yet if they have a promotional weekend they include older classic audis, like the S2,the ur quattro, and 200 turbo .
Now my point is, if we dont help each other we will start to think the same as Audi, that its to much trouble to own an old car,the result is more cars up for sale, price goes down. This brings me to the help bit. Now I think this forum is the best thing since sliced bread, but if you post a problem and only a few people respond [ I TAKE THIS OPPERTUNITY TO THANK THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO HAVE REPLIED TO MY POSTS] and you still cant solve your problem what do you do, you go into search ,and you find that a lot of the posts havent been concluded, why because people dont always reply, why not I here you say is it because if we offer advice we are frightend of being shot down by some of the more know'legable members who prehaps think they dont need to answer any more, Ijust don't no sorry to moan. but I am a little frustrated :
