Its done with a hollow plastic thumb cover thing made to look real that she puts in her closed hand first then stuffs the hanky into then puts it on her right thumb.
But more to the point Why does she do that?

Just as she makes it dissapear, look at her hands.. ohh wait.. you cant because she shakes them so fast you cant focus on them (and probably looking at her baps anyway) , and then the camera moves elsewhere.ABY Coupe
