Plod on M4!

Late in the evening last week whilst on the M56 I saw a car approaching in lane 3 with alternating high-beams flashing. I pulled over only to be overtaken by some chavved up Fiesta being piloted bya young lad. Judging by the quality of his driving later on I'd would hazard a guess he wasn't a trained Police driver ...

Wonder if there's some sort of kits out there. Certainly useful for getting traffic out of the way on the motorway ...

This sort of horse play can land you in a whole mess of trouble, you can get those strobe kits that go on the visors too and plod think they are not good at all.

Agreed. A "whole mess" is probably an understatement!

P*sses me off enough seeing blue LEDs plastered all over cars. Used to be that the slightest glimpse of a blue light instantly said "emergency services" .. now it's much more likely to be an HGV or a Saxo lit up like a Christmas tree ...

You mean the driving was good?

When my best mate got his Volvo V70, I bought him a set of blue strobes to put in his grille. They only cost about £10, and I don't think he's used them. He did find the gift funny though. When he comes blasting up behind people, they generally move out of his way pretty quickly anyway.
