I'm on my way 167k and no mods no rebuild but thrust bearing is ringing away needs done. Can anyone recommend someone on the forum to do a clutch and timing belts?

The URS4 had 220k miles when it ran a big end, car is at about 250ish now with a new engine.

My CQ20v is at 270k miles minimum, history is a little gray in that 5 years are missing before it was clocked back so realistically it has over 300k miles. It uses about 1 1/2 litres of oil every 5000miles, and the oil pressure is down to 1.1 bar at idle when hot.

Despite that and being driven with little mechanical sympathy its still as sweet as a nut, i've made it my mission to try and blow it up before the engine conversion ....i change up to the sound of rev limiters
