Well I am no expert, but how is this for starters....

- I thought the quattro turbo was called an S2 in this shape and was introduced in 1991 (H reg at the earliest)?
- When the engine was swapped, why did they change the airbox to a non-turbo?
- I thought all quattro turbos in this body shape had a front cross brace?
- I thought the quattro turbo in this shape had the later B4 bonnet?
- Why were the rear badges removed when the turbo was removed?
- Why was the front bumper changed when the engine was swapped?
- I thought all quattro turbos had headlight washers
- Why have the clocks changed from white to black?
- I notice the original quattro turbo seats are missing. Will they still come with the car?
- What happened to the intercooler when the turbo engine was swapped?
- Do you still have the original quattro turbo wheels?

And my personal favourite.....

- DO YOU REALLY EXPECT US TO BELIEVE THAT THIS CAR EVER HAD A TURBO?

It's often a common mistake with owners who have/had KV engined Coupes, especially owners who aren't very "ahem" mechanically minded.
Reason being the injector cooler and it's blower. To the "not so clever" owner this fools them into thinking it's a turbo engine to the point they get logbook info changed.
Wish I had a tenner for everytime this has been asked on fans.

Yep I have enjoyed the several conversations I have had with people explaining that a injector cooling fan is not a turbo.

I sent him a kind email to let him know it was not a "Turbo" coupe

His responce was:

hi thanks for the advise,but the rsc data check on the reg ,says it is a turbo car . an aparantly very very rare. but i will put the chassie no on ebay and people can see for them self , thank mike .

Well just check out the hubs, they are 4x1XX which is the non s2. So I guess he is really stupid

He is quoting the log book description.
The green coupe quattro KOO51N we got from Wrexham stated "quatrro turbo" on the log book it had never been a turbo.

Go here and type the reg number in
G603JVV comes back as a quattro coupe as does KOO 51 N
Audi / Dvla are not free from errors.
