Done a quick search but couldn't find much - wondered if the headlights, bonnet and bumper off a B4 would fit straight on to a B3 coupe? Or is it more complicated?
Seen some parts cheap and might be laying my hands on a B3 coupe soon
Cheers

As long as you get b4 parts yes they will, I put a b4 front on my b3 20v quattro sport. You need the 3 panels behind the headlights/under the bonnet (slam panel) as well. Its pretty straight forward to swap them over and about an hours work depending how good you are swapping panels. Btw the b4 wings are flared out more than b3 ones as I found with mine.
Oh, and there are a couple of variations of the "T" shaped slam panel. One variation extends right down the front quite a way (16v Coupe), whereas the version from say an S2 is quite short as it bolts to the cross member just under the aux rad.
All depends which model it came from.
2001 Avus Silver B5 RS4.
2004 A4 Avant 1.8T quattro Sport-LE.
1995 S2 Coupe - sold (sniff)
did a conversion on a friends B3 90 20v a few months back.
All B4 parts were a straight fit, but my old S2 headlights had a different electrical plug, so they did not fit. We fixed up a converter with some wires, but the plug itself can be swapped for easier fitment I think
