Autocheck Oil warning

I'm getting an oil warning from the autocheck just on the ignition, befiore the engine starts. The level reads fine and no warings when driving - oil pressure looks a bit low, but not much less than usual - 2 bar at idle to 5 during normal driving.. is this a switch or sender failure?

Check the relays under the steering column console are seated properly i've heard people having this problem before.

2 bar at idle is fine you don't need to check any relay

how come the warning on ignition? - 2 bar is only the minimum safe pressure is it not?

It normally urns at 2.5 ish, and off the scale on normal driving

mine is at 2.2 or 2.3 bar at idle and im using 10W60.Before the rebuild it was staying at 1.8bar and when hot even lower.I guess a good oil pump and good piston rings will give you a better oil pressure!

2 sensors, high and low on 20v NA, below .8 bar ign. off and above 1.8 ign. on.

Could be sensor or wiring, do you know Pixy... on here?

where abouts on the block / sump is the sender?

sender is on the right hand side under inlet manifold on the block quite aqward to get to
2 switches there big cylinder one and a small one

'behind' the rad? IIRC I noticed 2 switches / senders on the side of the block there when I was changing it last week
