AAN running rich in closed loop

I'm hoping for some direction in diagnosing my poorly running 1996 Ur S6

It seems that when on closed loop the engine runs extremely rich and occasionally cuts out

Which sensor does the car use predominantly to alter closed loop fueling? MAF?

Maf and lambda but do a boost leak test first.
Any codes?
