Have 3 inch turbo back we cat so hopefully it's not exhaust. Didn't think of the fuel pressure, but there isn't really any way of testing it is it?

How old is the 710N bypass valve ?
These are considered consumable, and so it maybe worth replacing it anyway if it is old, they're not cheap but not too dear for the health of the car. Same with your under bonnet fuel filter ?
What age / mileage is your fuel pump ?
How old is the brown MFTS and also look to replace the brown plug that connects the loom to this sensor ?
Interested to see what the cure is.

Recirc is definately fitted correct way round double checked as I've made that mistake before.
