Hi I need some help to sorting out the new problem which started last Friday. My Urs6 engine desidet when I leave on Idle, engine cuts off on its own. I never had any fault like that. I checked no strange noise from fuel tank pump when running. Engine not even choking or juddering just clean cuts off. When restar its run some time on idle but then again cuts off. I don't have power loss when driving no juddering from engine.
Help I just went to work and at work it's cut off again, but now I cannot start engine at all.
Can anyone have some idea which direction to look for the problem.
Its a bit of a shot in the dark, but you could try disconnecting the G70 MAF as noted in the links sent by newsh - it looks like this and is in the engine bay under the large black plastic cover near the front right fender/wing (i.e. on the left as you look at the engine bay from in front of the car). 2017-06-08~212311=IMG_0101.JPG
My failing MAF caused similar occasional stalls on idle. Do you have VCDS Lite?
I found problem it's camshaft position sensor.
But now I have bigger problem you cannot buy them anymore because they stop making them in 2013. I checkt in every possibility website and its out of stock, not available anymore.
Dos anyone knows where to get camshaft position sensor ar maybe someone have spear for sale?
