This one is kinda tempting me back into the fold! (possibly a bit rich for me though...)
Someone please tell me it would be a stupid idea to use something like this as an un-garaged daily!

Out of interest, what’s the figures on this for BHP/1lb ft… I ask out of intrigue. Fella isn’t a forum member? Some monsters been built on here past and present, this under the radar…?

Like you, John, ours is a daily. Ours is not modified to that degree, but I doubt that’ll be a problem for this one as it appears to be done well. The power quoted above, is (in the grand scheme of things) not outrageous enough to affect reliability.

I mean, what’s the worst that could happen Pete? And you get a nice weekend road trip bringing it back… Lovely…

Ha. You are talking sense. Comes to something when the region of 500 bhp is “sensible”.
To be fair, with the level of mods it has thought it may have had a bit more than that. But as you say, a nice safe 500 that can be used as a daily. Perfect.

He's definitely on the Facebook group, not sure about on here. Got to be limited potential for using such a car on the Shetland islands, one pull and you'd be at the other end of the island!
