My Rs2 is for sale.

Hi Guys just to let you know that my superb RS2 is up for sale. I have basically been offered a mint Porsche 964 Turbo and this was the next car on my rather extensive list of cars I must own before I pop my clogs.

So this basically means my Polar Silver RS2 is up for sale. I wasn't planning on even looking until 2012 for the 964 but its an offer I can't refuse and as I am not blessed with huge pots of wedge the RS has to go. Obviously someone will benefit from all the work I've had done but thats how things go sometimes.

I do love my car and I'm pretty sure I'll be returning to the RS2 once I had made my fortune. I have never had such a practical grin inducing piece of machinery. This car has soul.

Nice, 3.3 or 3.6, the 3.6 seem to have rocketed stupidly in price over the last 12months and becoming a v rare sight? If you know of a minter, snap it up ASAP..

only a couple of weeks until my option on the Porsche expires, so I have decided to put the car on Ebay. The reserve is set very low for a car like this one. So if you're in the market for a solid and honest RS2, get bidding on ebay. If it only reaches the reserve then someone will be properly quids in. Going to get it mot'd this weekend so more piece of mind for anyone who buys it anything that gets picked up will be rectified prior to sale, I'm not expecting anything though.

Btw sending out positive vibes to Robert Kubica after his horrendous rally crash. The man is definitely luckyto be alive and hopefully will be back behind the wheel again soon.

One week only

Guys, I now have a week to go before my option on the 964 runs out, and after my conversation today with the owner it appears that he has a very genuine solid buyer waiting in the wings. Due to this fact I have come to the difficult decision to put my pride and joy out to members of this forum and the RS246 forum for a week for the for just £10,000. This is a no offers deal as I need almost exactly 10k to make up the cost of the 964. If one of you is in need of a good one and in a position to buy then this could be your very lucky day.

If the car is not sold I'll be keeping it for a while longer and doing a few cosmetics to keep me happy.

Guys, the beast is sold. Thanks for all you positive responses, and good luck to David who I know will care for this car as much as I have. I shall be getting another RS2 at some point in the future that is an absolute certainty.

HI Mike. Yes it will be kept in a heated garage next to my RR. I will have to get a few pics up when i get the MTM,s fitted, will try and get tyres sorted this week although not sure what brand to go for. Speak soon.
