Nice looking car, I've got a small bumper version in Oak Green with leather and all the normal 16V extras, that won't be going anywhere for less than 3K. You shouldn't have any problems moving this on, I'd keep it if I were you as MK II values are solid and rising, wish I could say the same for S2's

I know the feeling mate. At one point last year I had Five Audi's and Two VW's, got it down to just one of each (S2&MKII) then a Corrado came along that's thrown a spanner in the works

Have you checked the rear inner arches for rot?EX S2 ABY owner, now driving a BMW E39 530D manual & a MK1 Golf GTi called 'Hattie'

rust wise the car is good. the arches inner and outer are good. the floors back panel battery tray and all the usual spots are solid. i know what to look for with mk2.s and wouldn't touch a rusty one. way too much hassleComment
