It cannot be driven from Romania to the UK because the temporary Romanian number plates are not valid outside the country.
It can only be shipped to the UK.
I think it will cost around 500-600 GBP?
Don't you all worry, Marius will never break the car, he just wanted to recuperate his money but he realized that breaking the car is not the best solution.
Make him an offer and keep your fingers crossed
The car really is mint, I've seen it live, drove it for a few km, it pulls like a train, if it wasn't RHD I would have bought it instantly from him... But I have too many projects going so don't have time for LHD conversion.Comment

Apparently has been offered to certain individuals at between 4.5-4.8k !! The overheads in these eastern European countries must be horrendous though and I'm sure the gap between original purchase price...1.6k ?...to the current figure can be justified. If only in the mind of the seller that is !!Comment

I was asked for my opinion on his price. I replied the price hike from 1.5k to 4.5-4.8k was unfathomable to me given that he seemed so happy to get the car only months earlier. And we were all so pleased for him!
Definitely not worth it to me at all! Now the Ragusa S6 plus speck in Ireland took 6 months to sell at £6k or less with genuine unbelievably low 41k miles was reasonably priced. OP wants 4.8k for Damiens car.
Very unrealistic. Both cars being offered within weeks of each other. If the car had stayed in the UK and gone to someone who would fix the problem and look after what was a Mint car it wouldn't have come to this situation or even a mention of it being broken.
Unfortunately Damian made a promise according to the OP to sell to the first person who enquired. There were a few in the que.Last edited by Vorsprung durch Technik; 14 January 2015, 21:30.96 URS6 plus speck saloon

I spoke to Marius, his situation has changed and he no longer needs to sell the car, which he is very happy about.

Thats good to know John it's not going to get broken. I am fed up though with so many people advertising cars on this forum only to find that messages don't get answered leaving people in the lurch wondering what's happening because sellers cannot be bothered to communicate. Spaghetti westerns
and the Wild West Springs to mind.
Thanks john for letting us know.
I wasn't interested but clearly others were.Which brings me to.........you spoke to him.Are you after one of these cars??

I saw the car live, it really is mint IMHO.
Marius was very luck to get the car for that price.
I don't understand why people get so upset because of the price he asked?
If that is how he feels the car is worth?
When Marius told me the price he bought the car, I really expected to be a lame car. But when I saw it live, it completely blew me away.
If I would have bought the car and then decide to sell it, I would never have asked only the price I paid for it because it really is mint!
Why should I ask less, because other people know how much I paid for it? No, I would ask the value which I consider is right.Comment

No bodies upset Bart. These cars can be bought here in UK for much cheaper anyway as i keep a very keen eye on what's happening.
Only thing that upsets me and others on here is when cars are offered for sale and i am referring to S2's that then get pulled like YO Yo's
Her it is for you......oh know it's not it's coming back to me which just messes people around. I am an S6 man so nothing for me being advertised here really but you can't help but notice the messing around.
