Needs to go, price reduced!
Hi all,
After nearly five years of ownership and approx. 60k miles of service, the time has finally come to let her go.
Not sure where to start... it has been an amazing car and to be honest has also exceeded my expectations! It has only let me down once due to the fuel pump belt failing (poor quality belt) and that was it. I have been using it everyday to travel to work and put on average 2000 miles a month on it.
The economy is astounding thanks to careful driving and the desirable 6 speed manual gearbox, It can easily reach 60 mpg.
Here's what it's got:
Central locking
Power steering
ABS
Factory electric tilt & slide roof
4 x electric windows
Electric mirrors
Original parcel/roller shelf
Here's what I've added:
Complete interior including door cards from URS4 - black
Front armrest conversion
Gear knob replaced for 6 speed variant instead of 5+E
Drinks holder in front - for my coffee flask in the mornings...
Alpine CDE-103BT headunit with built-in Parrot Bluetooth & iPod control
URS4 projector headlight conversion with HID Xenon dipped beam
Wietec Ultra GT suspension kit - feels comfortable and handles much better
MOT, tax, and service history with cambelt etc. Has now done 161k miles - and it doesn't smoke of lose any oil - this engine is brilliant!
In a few months she will be 20 years old and will qualify for classic car insurance too.
Selling as I have already bought a newer car for work. I don't think I have missed anything, but feel free to contact me with any questions.
I don't know how much to sell this car for, but I do know how much time and money has gone into looking after and maintaining it. So I will put a price of £895 and I will be happy to consider some sensible offers.
Just to be clear that I have already bought another car so I'm not interested in part exchange/swaps etc just a straight sale.
Here are some pictures:

Thank you very much for looking!
