The owner should convert it back to Quattro to get the best return on it. The car itself looks ok, paintwork certainly looks good for an early car. I assume it's been resprayed at some point. Interior shots would help as the seats are items that can be badly worn. I'd guess 5-6K depending on overall condition and servicing history. The old Cat C listing may not put folk off, but will provide the buyer with some pricing leverage.
