You should be able to make a tuning box for a few pounds, you can add fuel until the pump cuts out.... Diesel Des on here used to make them, very simple mod. I made 165bhp and 280lb/ft with nozzles installed on a AFN.

I made something similar with resistor and it works well...is there any thread here about that tuning box?

It's called the "evry mod" on tdi club, Dieseldes made a better version that would allow alot more adjustment, basically until the pump cut out.
