Alternator pulley bearings replacement

Anyone replace the bearings in a AEL/AAN alternator. If so anyone have the bearing sizes?

Did you ever rebuild yours or did you put a new one on?

I'm currently re-building a 120A AAN alternator and I found some useful sites that helped. I'll post up some links when I get home tonight

The only problem I've had so far is the 4off screws they warn you about in the first link. Despite using GT85 and an impact driver, 2 of them rounded and I had to drill them out.

I've ordered a slip ring, voltage regulator and bearings. I think the slip ring will clean up so I might leave that alone.
