  • AJM 1.9 tdi pd hot start problems

Did someone deal with this problem? It seems here all know that is a common problem and a new ecu flash solves it.What is that flash compensates?
No errors with vcds,no camshaft wear.I readjusted the followers screws at 0.5 turns out from max to min(that push the injectors).
    Thx!!

crank sensors sometimes cause this on pd's with no codes brought up in vcds

The issue is that the starter or battery are worn.

What makes it worse is that to save the flywheel and clutch the stock cold start map does not inject any fuel until a certain RPM when the car is hot.

This can be copy pasted over from the automatic portion of the SW, which does not do this.
But the root cause is still hardware, because from factory all these cars start fine.
