I tested alot of IQ values 1.5, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 5 etc. Same story just a small difference in cold starts.

I thought it should be simmilar to the requested value. At 1858rpm i have 1275mbar and the ecu says it should have 1805mbar. I havent tested the car when it was running right so i dont know if a good working car would achieve that requested boost value. Maybe this is how this turbos boost. I dont really know. I saw you also have an AEL. What is your boost values like?

        Someone messed up the chip.
It has less requested boost and less IQ than stock.
From the logs, the turbo is boosting as it should. MAF reading seems on point.

Make a log of 008 011. 008 is very important.

I can send you some chips if you like. Properly remapped cars go up to 70mg/str and 2300mbar.

Check that the pedal actually goes all the way to the floor.
I don't remember the measuring blocks off the top of my head for the accelerator pedal %.

Make sure there is not something stuck under the pedal, like a floor mat or anything else like that.

If it definitely goes 100% to the floor, then you need a new set of chips.
Well you need a set regardless, as 45mg/str IQ is stock. I don't know what you bought from ebay...

Then you got some messed up chips I guess.

                    But still shouldn't do 15 sec 0-100.
Did you change the fuel filter?
Are you sure the fuel supply isn't messed up somewhere?

If you do set the fuel adaptation in VCDS to 128, what is the IQ on hot idle (should be 4.4-4.7).

I re-read the thread, and if everything else matches up you got a bad injection pump.

The fuel filter is new. As for the fuel suply i feed the injection pump directly from a botle and no improvment whatsoever. No filter just feed and return directly in a botle in the engine bay. I changed 3 injection pumps and they were all doing the same.

OK, and what about the nozzles?
Are you sure you got the right ones in there?

A lot of places sell aftermarket nozzles that are either too big or too small. They tell you it fits the car, and they tell you they are cheap, but in reality it does not work right.
Only ones that are 100% are Bosch, but they cost a fair bit.

For example the ones that are often fitted are Transporter T4 injectors and those have the wrong spray angle so smoke all the time.
There are some others (forget the company) that don't deliver enough fuel etc.

Nozzles were not changed. I just changed the injectors (second hand ones). new Bosch nozzles cost about 70E a piece. I found some cheper ones but i havent heard of that company: WUZETEM (a set of 5 pieces costs as much as a single Bosch nozzle) They are from volvo d5252t and not from T4. If i could know for certain i would change them.

I spoke to Bosch UK when I needed nozzles for mine and was told they were NLA, so I went with Bosio PP520's. Where are you getting OE Bosch nozzles from?

I work at an autoparts shop. I ordered the cheap ones to see if it makes any difference. I will see tomorow whats going on. They are manufactured in Poland.
