Wow, utterly shameful customer service
Clearly not making enough money and need to increase their profits, I was quoted £11.70 from TPS for a 5,99€ part on the tradition site

Might it be worth forwarding the email and the list of parts to your local TPS or Audi dealer, in the hope they can order at the costs indicated on the tradition website
