well I am not trying to be an *** and compare costs etc etc, I am just wondering if it can't be made any cheaper, especially such a batch as 30 units.
I will contact somebody from the company I am an intern in and ask if it is possible to get it cnc'ed, as I might get a good quote there. I will just have to make a drawing of it first.

Trying or not it comes across as being a ****! No need to post on his thread after the work he has gone to about them being too expensive and that you are going to make some cheaper ones?!

As with anything evolving group buys....
It all starts off with every man and his dog wanting one.

Then you invest a huge amount of time and effort to get stuff done.

Once they are made it generally tumble weed time and no one wants one. Lol

So Domas, rather than chewing the fat over someone actually getting off their bum and getting something sorted.

Why don't you look into getting some other useful part made for folks on the forum.
