Aelred is making some very tasty bumpers, soon i hope. Must give him a ring and see how mine is coming on. There was talk of the a different type of bumper, but im not 100% sure of that one.

Just an update.

As I can see there is a few persons interested in c/bonnet. As festive season on our doorstep I think to progress further (costs, time and etc) after New Year. Will keep posting if anything comes through.

Just one quastion: are the bonnets on coupe and avant or saloon are the same? As there is people with coupe, saloons and avants.

Hi Everybody,

As I mentioned before that I will find out in more details about c bonnets.

The price for the bonnets will at about £550-450 +VAT and delivery.

I attached some pictures of EVO bonnets they already making just to show what quality they can achieve. IF you interesting in them or need more info. Let me know, so I can proceed further.

I just looks a little over the top to me. Maybe it would look different when fitted to a car. Its hard to tell what i will look like from pics in your house

This one is from EVO, Audi's will be with no wents or any other funny bits. On the last 2 pict I wanted to show how all strenghtening bits look inside.
As I mentioned before this company does all the stuff for WRC and N-group rally cars. And they are about 20 years in this bussines.

Thats why I trying to show what quality bonnets they can make, and if we can make at least 5 people wanted, I can start sourcing bonnet for makin mould and etc.

Sadly I cant count myself-there is no way I can fit B4 bonnet on type85

I can supply the bonnet if needs be. I have a brand new one at work that is all set to go on my Avant but if the Carbon one is the right money and can be used at high speed without flipping up through the windscreen (not that I ever drive that fast, officer) I'll go that route.

There is no problem with bonnet with the high speed-them lads know what they doing. And it will be direct replacement. With all bonnet hooks places and etc. Sample bonnet I need not especialy new-most important things are: no chip marks on it and it should be painted. It helps to make very smooth surface of the mould.
