I have RS2 calipers with 315mm discs on the front.
Will the 314mm set of yours be to much for a little balance between front and rear?
On my e36 M3 front and rear al almost the same size, but that is a rwd.
The ABS sorts the brake bias out on the road. I am thinking of a bias valve to use on track with the ABS off though, although that would be required with even stock brakes.
I run 314mm with monoblocks and they work just fine but the brake balance is definitely moved rearwards. I have only tested them with Avus wheels with 205 tyres so far, so some better rubber will make getting heat in to the fronts much easier and reveal more about the braking balance.

The only thing you need to do is to drill out the bolt holes on the discs to 17mm. I did this with a single speed drill in about 10 minutes, so it's very DIY. The rest of it is bolt on, as per the thread.
Do they need to be drilled to 17mm I measured the disc hole earlier was 13mm and bolt width on s2 wheel bolts 13.8mm so thought 14mm would be right?
Ah, that makes sense now. I havent had the wheel off to check that yet, will get myself a 17mm bit to drill them out. You did yours with a hand held drill didnt you?

Hi, I only ever had one 302mm set made, as there was no interest but I do have a 314mm set here, ready to go.
Please be aware that due to the existing parts being old and rusty and the new discs being thicker, you will have to get a dremmel or similar out to make certain that the discs clear the carriers.

Got mine all sorted now, I just used a flat file to tidy the faces up on the carriers and Stanley blade on the mating faces. I'll post a couple of pictures soon. The noise I had was caused by disc guards after I had tweaked the carriers
These discs are 11mm thick and 59mm more diameter, so the OE carriers need some severe cleaning and even a little tweaking to clear but it's worth the effort!
