As my IC to inlet pipe has split can a ABY one be fitted. I know that the 3B is in sections. ie: IC goes into an ribbed hose, then back to a metal pipe, and then a short section of silicone hosing. Looking at the pics i dont think that it will
Anyone know

@Jubjub - AFAIK - the ABY hoses will fit an RS2. The only hose in any doubt is the one from turbo outlet to intercooler as there might be a slightly different fit, but we won't know for sure until seeing it. My gut feel is that shortening this hose a little (to accomodate the larger RS2 intercooler) will do the trick.
@Tom - NO the ABY hose won't work in that instance, unless you wanna convert to ABY pressure pipe etc etc. I'm getting the 3B hoses made by SFS. They will be ready soon.

Tom - suspect that SFS will allow hoses to be purchased individually - not 100% sure yet though...
Any sign of a certain consignment from EBC yet ???

Paul,
Quick update for you, Samco came back to me and said to speak to you. lol.
But soon realised that i was after a one off hose with a 70mm ID, not the whole run from now forwards. Just as well we got that straight!!Greg

Samco got back to me today, good news is it would be possible. But not at the right price.
If the outlet Tee's werent as close could have been done easily, instead it would cost £150 to mod the tool to make the one off hose + cost of hoses then £150 to change the tool back again!
Bit unrealistic i think so just going to have to fit an induction kit instead.Greg

there scratching heads too because it is a complex pipe they decided it would need a whole new tool being made up. Like the ones samco have from the ABT group buy.
And they could easily mod it for the correct ID. Samco want £300 extra to do this and make a one off.
But samco were helpful in finding out, but not on the price of it.
But basicall SFS would need a few people interested in having that pipe and from interest ive had on the poll. I.e. 0 so cant go that route and will fit an induction kit instead and build a decent heat shield and cold air feed. Just more labour intensive.

Sorry to jump on the bandwagon, but I've got yet another boost leak (I can now pull a whopping 9psi before it overboosts) and the turbo hoses are the only things I haven't changed.
Any news on progress?
