142 would be able to support that no problems. These have been tested to 250hp/cyl.

all those send me PM's , we can extend the 40 MOQ to 45 , 50 , 55 , etc. but we will not be doing another run as that would require another 40 so if you are on the fence or "need to wait for funds to clear" then please do so swiftly . You have 2 weeks before engineering is finalized (from tomorrow).

I'm out on the pistons. I'll be moving forward with the stockers with some fresh rings.

                      That is annoying...

Will have the production run revised to (2) sets x 82.5mm bore.

Issam I want the pistons but I don't know if my block will need
them. I was either hoping to source a low mileage block off you
or bore mine out. How good do you think the bores could still
be on an AAN with 300,000 miles?lol. I was trying to keep expense
down by reusing the stock AAN pistons for my build.

That is understandable. I do have blocks , just cover the shipping just that I did not see your message until today which was after i confirmed you @ 83mm bore.
I have fired off an email to Mahle and hopefully it can be changed .

                            UPDATE:
Speaking with Mahle to finalise this. They are roughly 8 business days into the design and we have sent over sample 3B & AAN pistons to dissect/ confirm with the OEM schematics Mahle has access too.

The actual production is slated for May 18th 2015 (which is a Monday) so we have 17 business days to rectify the list below.
We still have 2 unclaimed sets for anyone that is interested. Just choose a bore size between 82mm and 83mm.

                            86.4mm Stroke List:
                            1. Rallyequattro – 1 set x 82mm bore - PAID
                            2. V6quattro - 1 set x 82mm bore - PAID
                            3. MuK1989 - 1 set x 82mm bore - PAID
                            4. Jukkis - 1 set x 82mm bore
                            5. Wizard-of-OD – 1 set x 82.5mm bore - PAID
                            6. Lars Bjornstad – 1 set x 83mm bore - PAID
                            7. UNCLAIMED
                            8. UNCLAIMED

Also unfortunately we are going to have to either cancel or come to compromise with respect to the 95.5mm stroke pistons. As of April 1st Mahle Motorsport Powerpak has increased the MOQ from 40 to 80 pieces (so 86.4mm guys are lucky). I would love to get extra sets made as we can always go UP from 40 .
