Update for US guys

Just a quick update for US guys:

LS Cartec have to talked to DHL and the packages are not lost according to DHL. DHL told him that an online update should come asap.

Anyhow USPS will handle the packages in the US, so maybe worth for you guys to call USPS about the CL***DE tracking numbers and ask if the can see something.

[Jonas_R]

Updarwe

Update 23-12-2016;

I have talked with LS Cartec and since there is still no movement on the packages he will open an investigation with DHL and get back to in the middle of next week.

I will update when I have more news.

[Jonas_R]

Update US guys:

I have sent you all PM's.

The investigation is started and all packages should be at US custom.

[Jonas_R]

Hi,

So update for us guys.

I have a letter from DHL to LS Cartec that he received 18th of January.

Apparently there was a Lufthansa airfreight strike in December so your manifolds was shipped with sea freight.

That is DHL explanation, I'm trying to get an estimated delivery and and see if we can get any kind of compensation.

I will email you the letter to night.

[gabriel.b]

Finally got mine, only 3 month shipping!

Gabriel, when did it show up and did you ever see anything on the USPS site? I just checked and it did not show the package in the USA

[Jonas_R]

As mentioned packages ended up being shipped by sea to the USA. The 3 other packages are tracking on USPS.com so I think yours will show up this week

[gabriel.b]
