  • 7A Fuel Injector O rings

My 7A has the upgraded grey Bosch injectors. What's the O ring size and best material for these injectors?
    Thank you

I think they are just standard injector o-rings, nothing special, anything suitable for a bosch injector will work just fine, even basic rubber ones last decades.

As above but if you can get Viton ones even better.

Technically they should be fuel proof ones, I'd just order some new Bosch ones though as Newsh say Viton ones will probably last forever...

Don't get them from the dealer as they charge an insane amount for them, I still have a set of ten in a bag from TPS in my new parts draw that I ordered along with a load of other stuff so didn't notice what they'd charged me until it was too late to send them back. Can't recall the exact price but it was way too much!

When fitting new ones give them a light smearing of rubber grease to avoid damaging them on installation.
