Fitting them Samco hoses to ABY

I think the MAF problem may be unique to mine as I had a different colour to everyone else. It wouldn't take much to cut it slightly wonky. The other couple I've seen seem to fit fine.

I don't know if anyone else has found the hose rubs on the air deflectors.

Blimey,
installed mine days after GTI international. What a difference until
it showed up the crap o-ring. new item only lasted 2weeks. Ordered a samco
70-60 reducer in matching colour (not blue) and other pipes. takes 8 weeks
to make

charlie, you could always buy the reducer from sfs in luton. they had them on the shelf when i bought mine.

He could Greg but the SFS ones are blue like the Samco ones so maybe a lead time on those one, imagine it would be less lead time than the Samco.

I got the 70-60 from SFS - in black - delivered next day. They asked me what colour I wanted - i think they had a choice.

Do you have any pics of the different colours of samco, Mines down as blue but if the purple is a deep purple then a worthy change i reckon?

Purple is more pink than you might like - s2avant is the owner of a set. Besides - you requested Blue before on PMs & Emails so I reserved a Blue kit for you already - check your PMs for more info !

Are there any pre fit purchases such as "O" rings or 70-60 reducer "not sure " what this is for ? that is worth doing for a seemles fitting.
