Roof Lining Removal- Help!!!

Hi Folks,
Can anyone advise how difficult it is to remove head lining?
Any special tools required?
Any tips on what to avoid/watch out for?
Any general advice gratefully appreciated.

Pillar trims, grab handles, sun visors, sunroof switch panel, clips round edge of sunroof opening (fiddly) Big sticky pad above rear seats (heat gun)

Take your time

It's a long old job but as above, take your time and order in extra rations of patience. The trim around the sunroof can be a little tricky and that sticky pad might be best with a knife but you'll then have to clean it up.

Why are you removing it?

Easy when you know how, as above much patience required.

Depends if it's and avant or coupe. If an Avant with no sunroof don't try it - retrim in place.

what if its a coupe with no sunroof? is that a job not to attempt?

Just means the sticky pad is much bigger so harder to remove.....
