RS2 timebelt change (help on other parts needed)

    Hi all
This was the Forum that could better fit my topic, I think.

I was making my list to order from Audi the part numbers for the Time Belt change on my RS2, it has 100.000km on clock, and since I got it second hand with +/-70.000, I will not risk wating to the 120.000km...
As I usualy make some maintenance on my rs2 and my nissan patrol, have a big garage, like doing that kind of stuff and usualy I am very carefull, I decided to do my self the time belt change (never done one).

I have last ETKA software but due my lack of english I couldnt manage my self in how to find the part numbers for the rest of the items, or waht do they mean.

If someone could help me I would be very apreciated.

    - t-belt
    pn: "B 034 109 119 C"

    - serpentine belt (whats that?)
    pn: (?)

    - thermostat
    pn: "B 069 112 113"

    - water pump & round seal
    pn: "B 034 121 004 B" & "+ 035 121 043"

    - t-belt tensioner roller
    could be those(?):
    belt tensioning damper "054 109 479 A"
    relay roler "B 078 109 244 F"

    - crank seal
    pn(?)

    - camshaft seal
    pn(?)

    - crankshaft pulley bolt
    pn(?)

The list was made after some advices from rs2 owners, plus if you have more sugestions on what more to change, please be free to comment... if you have part number for it... better, apreciate.
I dont want to disassemble all the front car again because a broken hose or so.

    thanx in advance.

Do you access to the special tool for undoing/tightening the crank pulley bolt??? This HAS to be done very tightly, and i dont mean air tools, tighter!

Apart from that, your list looks ok, also get 2 x thermostat seals. One for the thermostat and the other for the IC that you have to remove. Its the same part!!

Oh. I've done both mine with an air gun. Mind you, it is a massive thing you can just about lift, it scares the **** out of me. My mate uses it on his lorries. I hope it's good enough.

        450Nm !

Check this out, you have to hold the pulley itself still, you cannot use the gearbox, brakes etc to hold it you will bend the crank,

I guess I used the 'specialist' technique. Well, that's how one of them told me to do it!

A 3/4" impact wrench should go over 450 NM, so i guess thats tight enough It would do for me.

The tool isnt listed anywhere Some tool has to be made. You have to remove the bolt to get the belt off. You cant just put it in gear, it hs to be locked in order to tighten to the correct torque. If you dont do it tight enough, you can damage the crank pulley and the belt will 'hop' and cause engine damage.
