Now I`ve blocked the two pipes to the ogiginal oilcooler and tossed the cooler. The pipes were leaking and since I also have the big Setrab cooler there should be no need for the original to. Changed all the gaskets on the fuelrail, they were leaking to. Whats left now is fitting some of the cabels and hoses properly, and sadly I have to take of the WG AGAIN because of exhaust leak down against the manifold.

Here are some pics of the NEARLY finished result.

Can you tell me some more about the t3/60-1 turbo? What a/r are you using ? You had 400 hp with the turbo but was that the max? I red that the turbo should do 550 hp but that probably would be with the 82 a/r. I have a 63 a/r coming in next week and i'm looking for 450-500 hp at the engine, do you think this is this possible?

I would make some protection against the WG / intake hose, the WG might rub against that hose and push a hole into it. vibration and movement might take its toll..

Was just goijng to say the same thing.
You really need to make a new alloy pipe run up around the WG.
Can you not cut the original pipe and lengthen with a few inches of silicone in the middle to move the bend away from the wastegate?

            Pete.

The car is not running now due to a tranny explosion, oops..
During the winter it will be fitted a tranny from 2001 Audi S4

Good work. Great looking S2 you have there. Although I'm not to sure about the 'sleepy eyes' look of the headlights.

The question is.... What does it go like?

The "sleepy" eyes are coming off!
The car has not been dynoed yet, but the guys at ES Tuning who delivered all the parts and did the custom map where POSITIVE that the car had to hav at least 550hp and aroun 680-700nm of torque at 1,7 bar. At the end of summer I`m taking the car back to ES Tuning for the dyno test and a remap taking it further to 2,0-2,1 bar of boost.
