Over the last few days there`s been som progress.
Painted some enginebrackets, covers and the oilpan. Recieved a pretty serios package from ES tuning too which contained my new exhaustcam (a unique one), the new IC and my head (ported) ect.
ES Tuning are the same people who buillt Ozzzt`s car. (RIP)
I also got a package today containing 24 liters of Agip 10 - 60 racing oil.
I just arrived now, towed my car back home from winter-storage, it was really priceless to get my "red devil" back in the garage.
Alot of pics and updates to come. Stay tuned....

Mounted some ICE today. Changed the speakers in the rear doorpanels and on the dash, the new upgrades are Clarion coaxials. Not something ex*****ive, because I just wanted i little bitt better sound. An Audiobahn 10 inch active woofer was also mounted. This is just the kind of woofer I have been looking for since it`s only 15 kg. including the box and removing the entire thing is done in about 10 seconds. Will take some pics of the ICE one of the coming days.
Here are the pics I took today.

The porting-job, done by AutoTrim in Trondheim. (sorry about the poor picture quality, I am an useless photograph!)

This is what the engine looks like today. Tomorrow it will be completely put together so it`s ready for beeing mounted back in it`s proper enviroment!

This is what the carr looks like today. (A bit sad)

How the plumbing from the IC will be made, ordered from Turbopower.no (Pic stolen from this Forum)

A little bit of goodies came in the mail today too. Think this would look kinda cool.

Another package arrived at the post office last weekend, containing silicone hoses, stainless pipes and clips. I will start the mounting as soon as the engine is in place.

            Had to test a little.

Not a very exiting pic, but why not?! Will polish up the pipes as soon as they are welded.

Been working really hard lately. The engine is about done and will be but back n the car this week. The exhaustmanifold has really been giving me a hard time, replacing the KKK adapter (FLENS in norwegian) with a T4 showed not to be so easy. I also had to move the WG adapter due to a to big hotside. Now I`e started the final run towards finishing my upgrades, this should get exiting.

Complete stainless exhaust system from Ferrita Motorsport arrived today.3,5" downpipe and the rest of it in 3", with a small silencer in the middle and a "normal" one in the end. Due to a wrong delivery theres not gonna be a 4" diesel-tailpipe.

The famous T4 adapter I`ve been fighting with. I`ve not moved the WG adapter here in this pic.

044 pump mounted. Was not quite sure how I was gonna fit it, but I think I solved it in an OK way in the end.

                        Hi

                        Its a beast!
Must be hard to see it in pieces, untill its all finally put back together.
                        Keep up the good work.

After its all done how about a movie, filming her in action on a trackday or something.
She would be seen and heard then, but i dunno.

                        Cheers

I love watching people modify their S2s like this. Reminds me of playing Grand Tourismo, spending money on getting more and more updated turbos/intercoolers etc, with an endless pot of money (as some of you guys must have !) Keep it up!

This is how the turbo, wastegate and downpipe looked like when the flanges finally fitted! perfectly!.Polished up the downpipe, the result was top notch if I may say so myself! Progress has been at a very slow pace lately, but there is not much left now!
